Robert King

About

Robert King is the founding partner of The Robert King Law Firm (King Law). He represents clients nationwide in mass tort litigation, supporting people alleging injuries from consumer products, consumer services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and environmental contamination.

He was born, raised, and educated in upstate New York. He graduated from St. John Fisher University with a B.A. in history and received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2007.

He began his career with the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office in Rochester, New York. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Senior Trial Attorney in the Special Victims Unit. As a prosecutor there, he served as counsel for women and children who had experienced sexual and physical violence. He then worked for a personal injury law firm in the Rochester area, before starting the King Law firm in 2013.

After founding his own firm, Mr. King now focuses on civil litigation. King Law represents people who have endured major injuries from accidents, dangerous drugs, environmental contaminants, and defective/dangerous products. The firm focuses on mass torts and other complex litigation against corporate entities, governments, and institutions.
