Mr. Stagg was appointed by U.S. District Judge Richard M. Gergel to the Plaintiff Steering Committee (PSC) in the Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Products Liability Litigation. This means Mr. Stag and his support team have a leadership and pivotal role in coordinating and managing a litigation involving more than 13,000 plaintiffs.
These plaintiffs are people who developed cancer due to drinking water contaminated by AFFF fire-fighting foams and other products with PFAS in them. Being appointed to a PSC is an honor and helps Stag Liuzza provide their clients with in-depth knowledge and breadth of experience.
